Strayz (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and share your data when you use the Strayz mobile application (“App”).
Strayz (package: com.strayz.remake) helps users report, locate, and assist stray animals or lost and found pets.
By using Strayz, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the App.

- Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, password, or authentication details.
- User-Generated Content: Photos, animal descriptions, locations, posts, chat messages, or sighting reports.
- Contact Information: Messages sent to our support or feedback channels.

- Device Information: Device model, OS version, app version, language settings, device identifiers.
- Usage Data: In-app actions, visited screens, interactions, and session duration.
- Location Data: If enabled, GPS coordinates to display nearby sightings or lost pets.
You may disable location access at any time in device settings.

If you sign in via Google, Apple, or social login, we may receive permitted profile information.

6. Children’s Privacy & Child Safety Standards (CSAE Protection)
Strayz is not intended for children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU).
We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
Child Safety Standards (Google Play CSAE Compliance)
Strayz strictly enforces Google Play’s Child Safety Standards and explicitly prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).
Our protections include:
1. Strict Prohibition of CSAE
No creation, sharing, requesting, or distribution of content involving minors in harmful or sexual contexts.
2. Enforcement Against Violators
Accounts engaging in harmful behavior toward minors are permanently banned and reported.
3. In-App Reporting Tools
Users may report harmful content or suspicious behavior via the built-in Report feature.
4. Rapid Response
We investigate reports immediately and notify authorities if required.
5. Age Requirement
Users must meet the legal minimum age; minors’ accounts will be removed.
6. Law Enforcement Cooperation
We fully cooperate with authorities regarding CSAE cases.
